Great news... At 8:15 pm tonight eastern time.... I got about ten text mssg in a row that said noa2!! Approved!!

I was a June 12th noa1 date!!!!

I'm so happy cuz it's two weeks till my baby is due at least end of tunnel has a light!!

I have not been able to check case online for over a month or by automated phone for about a week.

I have never called to speak to someone since the summer because they didn't seem too helpful.

I DID send that email that was suggested a few days ago and got an auto response.

Not sure if those are clues but I feel really grateful!!! Good luck everyone the approvals are happening!

Going to update timeline now xxoo

congratulations on your approval they are working on Africa fills now.

Some interesting stats if you are in the first half of June. Only 22 petitions are left. That means nearly 80% of the first half of the month are done. I have an appointment at uscis at 1 45 on Thursday. I have some questions. There are 6 Thai petitions in June. Not one has gone. 79 unapproved petitions left in all of June taking out rfe's. That means 60% of June is done. If two weeks go by here, and i don't see a Thai petition off the board I think I've found my answer. The probabilities would just have gone way too high by then.

Hello, I have seen your posts before about the Thai Petitions and I was just curious to know if there's a specific reason to justify the delay of these cases. Is Thailand considered as high fraud country for immigration purpose? Otherwise I don't understand why they would do it... Thanks.

Well, I hope that you get some good answers from the USCIS officers, they are usually very polite! Just be calm for whatever they say, sometimes they dont have all the answers either but I am sure you will come out a bit more satisfied that you are right now! I had an appt last week and it was productive! Best of luck and keep us updated!

perhaps this is the reason

but it's the time of approvals so just be patient, a week ago I lost every hope but it came finally

Yah, maybe it is the normal timeframe and just a coincidence that any of the Thai cases haven't been touched yet. I guess all june fillers will be hearing something soon and before january 100% will be finally done. I definitely don't know why they would let some applications behind on ''purpose''...I definitely don't know!

A potential reason is the coup de tat that went down in may. I believe the state department and uscis are in cooperation, and if state deems certain countries to be on a no no list for whatever reason they deem important I wouldn't be surprised if those visa requests go to a trickle. I wouldn't be surprised if there were quotas either. Again, it's all speculation at this point but if I don't see somebody's move here in a few weeks it will be going beyond the realm of probability and I would say an invisible hand is at work. I got my appointment on Thursday at USCIS hopefully I can pull some answers out of somebody.

Very good news folks. Uscis has moved up it's normal processing time to may 6th now. If things go wrong within a month or so we should be able to file for expedition since we got no answer. Maybe not what we are all looking for but at least it is progress, and an understanding that we can be kept on a string for just so long.
