Whoever said they did 8 rfe's this week I sure don't see them on Igor's list. I see 1 case done this week. Yamen everybody around me has gotten an noa2 and I'm just sitting here. I'm starting to think there is something against Thailand visa requests. Nobody has gotten an noa2 from Thailand after me. None!! There are quite a few June Thailand requests and zippo!!

Dear Josh

thanks for everything

until now I'm not able to check my case on the USCIS website, but when I tried to check the cases next to me (before and after) I found that all of them got something either approvals or RFEs in the couple last days, my fiancee (as usual) called the TSC to inquire about our case and the answer was (it's good not to receive RFE) she asked the tier 2 we are not able to check our case she said it's technical problem (the same answer every time).

we're confused now all the people around us got something the last couple of days, is it possible that we were left behind?

it's really confusing and frustrating

As you recall, Imad and I had that same issue as well. We could see others around us being approved and we hadn't recieved ours. Can you check the numbers around your date too? I think yours will be coming any day now. I know that's the last thing you wanna hear, especially from someone who has already been approved. But I suggest you trust in God, Josh's formula, and continue to prepare for your move. The good news about this long wait is that Imad and I can say more money for this long process for plane tickets, fees, etc and perhaps you can too. Tsc can kick rocks for all the anxiety they have caused people . . .

I'm sending a hand written letter to Ted Cruz, my senator, today to let him know how ticked off I am about the current status of our legal immigration system and specifically how screwed up TSC is. I can're file inquires on your behalfs of course but I will certain mention that he should do a better job and see how pissed off his fellow citizens and future constituents are about our legal system and how nerve racking it is. . .

*Side More* I nominate Josh to become a pinned topic. Thank you once again Josh for the blessing you have been to all of us and the help you have been to reduce our anxiety! Hoping you guys get approvals soon!

Alicia: Sorry if i am rofl.....Send a letter to Ted Cruz?!!? He hates immigration. If he had it his way nobody would be allowed into this country. Our politicians here in Texas are the worst on this subject. Good luck with that but I doubt they are going to help us.

Look, I'm a liberal who hates conservative politics, so I understand the irony of writing to a Republican for help of all people. But he is my state representative for the federal government so unfortunately he will have to do. So unless you have a better suggestion, I suggest you have several seats and continue to work on your next bitc- excuse me, rant against government inefficiency . . . .

I am trying to reach a person I used to do business with on the Hill while working in Washington DC. He is very close with US Congress and maybe can give me some advise what to do or whom I should contact.

I feel you Alicia.... I'm also a liberal in this God forsaken state of Texas with rednecks all around. I'll be talking to my Congressman Pete Olson Tx-22 district when I go over 6 months on 12-5-14. Best of luck to you too.

God bless you

I really appreciate anything you can do for us and for the other people who are waiting to be approved.

it's really frustrating when you see the cases around you with same NOA1 got approved or RFE and you were left behind for a reason and nobody has the right to know the reason except them. it's really unfair and they have to announce every step of the procedure not only to say ((here we are, so wait for 6 months people, it's a national security issue)) we do respect the national security and we want it to be always at high level, but for God sake give us a piece of information, just tell us where we are? it's not gonna harm any one if we know our situation.

all we have now is only waiting mixed with fear and anxious, it's so stressed out.

oh God

I wish you the same also. I hear the Thais have been having a hard time and my colleague said her own I'm took 10 months(?!!), so I hope you and your loved one have a speedy - or as speedy as you can get in this - madness delivery of NOA2. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from there . . .

it's been since July 2nd 2013 when I left Syria forever

the criminal Syrian regime released the monsters of ISIS (or ISIL) from jails in the beginning of the Syrian revolution to ruin our peaceful revolution

we went out and demonstrated for freedom, democracy and to gain dignity.

unfortunately after almost 4 years the criminal Syrian regime and ISIS have ruined Syria. for me I can't go back because both of them want me dead or alive, I'm against them both.

long story

thanks for your support

Hey guys... First of all happy thanksgiving. I wanted to share on this post that I am a June 9, 2014 filer. In other words , the Uscis receives my petition then. A friend of mine who went through the process suggested that because I was on my 5 the month to call last Friday. I did and was told that since the processing times were up to April 5, 2014 that I would have to wait till they were up to my filing date. To my surprise, I received an email stating an update to my petition was made. My heart jumped with emotion. Turns out it was an RFE but on the brighter side they are now working on my petition. I am waiting for the package to arrive and find out what the RFE is for exactly since they can't give you any info over the phone. So I just want to share that if you are in your 5th month with no updates, try giving them a call. I'm guessing after I inquired that they pulled my file for review.

Hey , btw , does anyone know how long it takes to get the RFE package to me? And once I get what they request how long will it be till I get a decision?

Good luck everyone and let's keep each other posted...
