Because that timeline isn't real. Count on 6 months to get your noa2. My noa1 was June 5th and I don't expect to see a noa2 till December. Texas center is a symbol of what stinks in this country. It's shameful how pitiful their service is.

All I did was focus on that timeline for the last 5 months now my date range has backed up so much that I've already passed the end date. I'm heartbroken. I sold my family home in preparation for the move to the USA. My kids and I are living in my parent's basement. I'm a hardworking career woman looking to marry my fiancé. I just feel defeated. My kids ask me almost daily when we get to all be together as a family. This whole process with the TSC is so unfair.

9/15/2015 - Mailed AOS packages

It says they are serving June 9th noa1's but when you look at recent noa2 approvals they are from people in march and april. You will see some very quick ones which are probably military or expedites of some kind, but I have to be honest most noa1's are taking right at 180 days to get.

I'm guessing the updates on this website have to do with what members are plugging in to their timelines no? So I guess this is why it's not an accurate reflection of what is really going on. I didn't check my timeline for like two months and now looking back it feels like the 4 months have gone by quickly although not easily.

Any June filers who are self employed or business owners? I am not sure what to provide with the I 134 as I don't get paystubs but people just write out checks to my business... Do I just submit a copy of those checks?

Can you check to see if bank statements would be acceptable? Maybe you can show the checks being deposited each month?

I called the uscis customer service center and they don't even know what month they're processing now.

All they said was they're on March 4 and that's all they can see until November

The only good thing I can think of is that November is right around the corner.

On average, at what time does USCIS send out the approval notification? I've heard a lot of people say "last night" but no one say during the day. I'm starting to check VJ every couple of hours now in hopes that some more news of recent TSC approvals come about and I like to wait until late at night to do a case status check. I was hoping for a late October - early November approval but I'm starting to wonder should we start to expect to see something next year since TSC seems not be doing any approvals these days?

Ya'll something weird is going on. My timeline now says I should have had my approval on October 8th LOL! I think when our timelines are calculated by VJ they take into consideration all filers as the same service center. Also when you look at processing times posted on VJ it says TSC is now working on June 19th. I don't even believe it anymore.

Can the moderators or whoever runs this site, please give some insight? There haven't been ANY June approvals so far. WHAT is going on :(

Quit looking at what VJ's timelines say. Unless you are an expedited claim you are gong to wait 6 months or more for a noa2. THAT'S IT PEOPLE!! If you look at people's updated timelines people in March and April are getting their noa2's. It can say they are processing June applications but that's bullshit!! The average turnaround for a noa2 out of the texas service center is 170 days.

Another dead week for us, what a downer.. Also, why is everybody getting so hung up on VJ's timeline? Give it a rest, it is completely unrelated. Let's hope this upcoming week is a big one. Enjoy your weekend.
