DS-261 filed no response from nvc

My spouse had filed DS-261 on 05/28/2014. After that I'd paid AOS fee on 05/29/2014 ( status PAID in 2 days). After few days, I'd sent the AOS packet which was received by NVC on 06/09/2014 per USPS tracking system. I've not received any email/ mail from NVC whether they have added DS-261 to my file or not. Also, IV fee hasn't been invoiced yet. How long do they take to review the AOS packet? When will IV fee be invoiced and I can fill out DS-260 form? Please help....

It's only been 10 business days. It takes from 20 to 30 days to review package. The DS-261 can take 20 days also then the IV bill will be invoiced. So just keep eyes on that paymebnt portal for IV bill.

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
6/19/2020: Notice Oath Ceremony scheduled
