LOL, good for you....just make sure it's not a different date (if that's what you're going by) because it's a modified version or something. Remember it's a real person behind the card!

You should be able to confirm with SSA whether or not a SSN belongs to someone or not... dunno how to go about doing it, but I know you can..

It was the kind that changed in 1997 to the new kind. This one would have been issued in 1999 at the earliest (if it's a 10 year gc) because the expiration date is 2009.

You can check and see if they're using a dead person's social security number....
