Beneficiary ID

i am filling form DS261, this is asking for beneficiary ID no, while i have IIN and case number and i didnt receice any email instruction from NVC, Shall i put my case number in it or get BIN from NVC. By the way i didnt receive NOA2 hardcopy and now no instruction in my email for ds261. shall i be worry for these things

I just login in ceac website and it showing to start ds 261 application. Please advice.

Call NVC and ask about NII and Case number usually it takes 2-4 weeks

Look at one of the emails you got from NVC when they asked you to pay the aos fee it's listed on the first page along with other beneficiary information.

Yes, it's probably best to wait until you get the email from NVC, which includes the beneficiary id. Some people (like me) have had the ds261 suddenly show as "incomplete" if they fill it in before getting the email. It put me back over 2 weeks. You should get the email within a day or two.
