No, you're not hated, we just question the tone of your posts. I even gave you a +1 today for one of your nicer posts as a show of good faith.

And this is how we make the forums function better. We all should do our part and try to show some good faith when both parties are trying. I think it's working. And I'll say it again, with cooperation and self policing by the regulars, we do not need additional moderation. The moderation has been working quite well the past few weeks as more have taken an active interest in fixing things up around here. There are only a few incidents where moderation has stepped in for a reminder or two and the only suspension that I am aware of recently was well deserved and ample warning was given.

Those terms are family friendly and appropriate for the upper forums which is the main reason for VJ's existence. This forum serves no purpose at all, just a time waster for those of us who have mostly finished the immigration rigmarole, therefore it needs to be highly censored.
