So after 5 months we finally received the approval notice of my husband's i601, a couple days ago we received another letter instructing us to make another appointment for an interview in Cd. Juarez. My husband it's leaving this weekend for it, but I'm so nervous, is there a possibility his visa can be denied???

Congrats on your approval..what did you send to prove hardship? Did you approach any lawyer? Anyway i am glad they approved it.All the best

Thank you! We did not use a lawyer, simply because we couldn't afford it. Along with the i601 form I sent a psychological evaluation of myself, the petitioner, and all the news articles I could find about the violence in the city my husband lives in.

Congrats on the approval! I recently had mine approved on July 2 & received the approval letter July 5. How long after you received the approval notice did you receive the instructions to make another appointment????
