Diana just did her medical today and it cost her 7500 rubles, or about $210

I want to add 2 cents about vaccinations - if any will be missing and needed to pass medical exam, each shot may cost like $50-60 if I remember right, so total cost can vary for people depends on vaccintaion history they will have.

  • 07-05-2011: NOA1 (CSC)

AOS/EAD Timeline (04.26.2012 - 12.13.2012)

  • 04-26-2012: I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago Lockbox
  • 05-02-2012: NOA1 (both I-485 and I-765)

  • 07-02-2012: Employment Authorization Issued (07-09-2012 - received in the mail)

Guys, send your lady extra money for the shots. They are a hell of a lot cheaper there than in the US, so might as well get it over with.

Or ask them to visit their local minicipal clinic ("polyclinica") and they can get all missing vaccinations for free or in the worst case for something like $10/shot. I got all my missing vaccinations for free before medical exam in my municipal clinic.
