As the subject of this post suggest, this is with regard to the evidence of having met my fiancée in the last 2 years. We met over three trips in the last two years.

Trip 1: India (Dec 4, 2012 – Jan 17,2013)

Trip 2: India (Dec 14, 2013 – Jan 12, 2014)

Trip 3: Turkey (May 10, 2014 – May 26, 2014)

This is the evidence I have so far of our meeting in Turkey:

a. My fiancee’s visa (on her passport) has her arrival and departure dates relative to Turkey stamped. It is not supremely clear though. In Turkish, “Giris” translates to arrival and “Cikis” translates to departure.

b. My passport has the arrival and departure dates relative to Turkey stamped but the stamp is quite faint.

c. I have my actual boarding passes from New York to Istanbul and from Istanbul to New York.

d. I also have my Turkish e-visa stamped clearly with my arrival date in Turkey.

e. I have photos of the two of us at iconic locations in Turkey.

For my trip to India (Dec 4, 2013 – Jan 12,2014), I have the following:

a. The arrival and departure stamp on my passport for India.

b. Photos of the two of us while traveling around India.

I do NOT have any hotel receipts. I am guessing e-tickets and reservation printouts are no good. Is this a fair assertion? Is the evidence in the list above sufficient? Your input would be great. Thank you in advance.

Yes, the visa, passport stamps and boarding passes along with the supporting photos should be sufficient. If some are faint, try darkening the scan so they print out better.

Instead of scanning the passport stamp, I took a photo of it and printed it out in color. This actually comes out reasonably well. Would this suffice as an alternative to a photo-copy. Thoughts? Thank you so much for your prompt response to my post.

Is it a dealbreaker that my fiancee has lost her boarding passes but that I have mine?

No, just use her visa and passport stamps. Both your stamps plus your boarding passes show that you were in the same place at the same time. The photos in front of landmarks are good secondary evidence to the visa, stamps and boarding passes.

You can submit online ticketing confirmation if she have any? Unless you buy the ticket through a ticketing counter then I do not know how to go about that

The photos with known landmarks that include both of you really would help support this as "secondary evidence". For my K-1, we received an RFE because we didn't have proof that my fiancee was in the same city (Dubai) as me. We sent additional photos that included us and the Burj Khalifa, which is quite recognizable! We also drafted up affidavits that we met in person, explaining the circumstances of our meeting, had them notarized and included with our RFE response.

Our petition was approved 2 days after USCIS received our response to the RFE.

Good luck!

Did you use a debit/credit card or withdrawal money from an ATM while visiting? I included some of my bank and credit card statements showing a financial paper trail that I was spending money in the country in order to prove having met within the past 2 years.

So the tickets that you are referring to are e-tickets right?
