My husband is the BE. He arrived here in the US almost two weeks ago to be with me and our kids. The plan was for him to be here for 60 days and return to France. However we just found out that I have Breast Cancer and will have surgery and undergo treatment this month. Is there a way for him to finish the process here so he can help me through my treatment? Are there special circumstances that would allow that? Whom do we call/ask? So sorry to dump this on you guys but as you can imagine, we are a bit stressed with all that we are facing and I cannot face this alone. BTW, we received our NOA2 last week and our case is currently being transferred to NVC. THANKS SO MUCH FOR LISTENING.

You have an approved I-130, so you will have to send in the I-485 package with a copy of your NOA2 from the I-130. DO NOT communicate with NVC at all.

Sorry to hear the news.

this.

USCIS will retrieve the I-130 casefile after receiving the I-485 and payment on the I-485. A coverletter explaining the change-up is useful, IMO. [your change-up - the change of your plans]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
