Previous salary & Expect Salary questions

I have questions about the salary part on a job application form, the previous salary we received was in foreign currency, do we have to put the foreign currency or do we have to convert it to US currency?

What should I put in the expect salary part if this will be my first experience working in US? I don't know how much is a first time worker (substitute teacher) gets paid here.

Substitute pay should be set by the state, it is not something that you request. Do a quick google search to see how much they get paid in your state and write that.

if you want people to understand your previous salary, convert it to US funds. Make this process easy for them to hire you
