Adjustment of Status..., pls HELP!

Filed for K1 in Johannesburg, South Africa sometimes June last year and was approved this year in Feb and got in the States in May and got married last week Wednesday(am so HAPPY).

Please guys, i need assistance with;

1. although i filed for SSN already but in the parts of the I-148 that requires SSN.., sud i wait till my SSN is out or leave it blank?

2. what documents do i need to attachment with the completed I-148?

3. i saw online that i will submit medical/vaccine report but the physician in South Africa only gave me a vaccination card.., will that be it?

4. my k1 visa expires in August but my passport expires in June.., does that affect my filing form I-148, I-1765 and I-131?

The form is I-485, and an SSN is not required to file.

You do not need a an unexpired passport for approval of AOS, EAD and AP. However, AP is used to re-enter the US when traveling abroad, and you need a valid passport to use when traveling.
