Hi guys,

I am sending over the original i134 signature to my fiancee for her interview at the consulate in Paris.

My questions are these:

1) Does the employment verification letter need to be an original, or can it be the scanned copy they sent to me?

2) Do I need to order the transcripts from the IRS with some sort of signature or is a downloaded copy fine?

3) How about W2? Can I send a scanned copy, or do they want an original?

I know the i134 needs to be an original, but what about the verification forms?

Thanks in advance.

You can print out your IRS transcripts from the IRS site online. You need an original signature on the I-134. The supporting documents can and should be copies, though if your employer signed a letter for you, you may wish to make a copy of that for your own records and send the one with their original signature along with the I-134 you need to mail anyway.
