I received a response regarding my expedite request for my EAD. What I'm wondering is, what exactly can be used as evidence to prove extreme financial difficulties?

06/12/09 We met in Atlanta Georgia

12/30/09 became a couple ??

01/13/12 He proposed??

01/10/13 got marriage license

02/16/13 GOT MARRIED ??

02/20/14 paper work filed

02/28/14 NOA1

03/11/14 biometrics appointment received

03/19/14 FIRST RFE I-864 joint sponsor ?

04/03/14 biometrics appointment

04/07/14 Response for RFE sent ?

04/11/14 RFE response review

since spouse was here working prior -

and cannot work now due to no EAD

then

must to show 'loss of income' based on prior salary of spouse.

this could be shown by a paystub plus a letter of attestation that outlines the math [and the math is easy on this one].

I am the one who needs the EAD and I was not working prior to filing AOS as I did not and still do not have a SSN.

moments ago - so there is no prior income on you - no prior work visa. I got it wrong.

You'll have to focus on the loss of income by bank account balances at the moment. IF you had a written letter of job offer from a potential employer - that helps much to show that with the expedite evidence.

Thank you. I am thinking of using both our bank statements. One from our joint account and one from his own account in addition to bills such as cell phone bills and car note and insurance. We don't pay rent as we live with the parents. Do you think that will be ok?
