My friend got NOA2 from Philippines in 20 days - Filed in Feb. of this year. His fiancé doesn't live near the typhoon damage. My fiancé lives 20 minutes from her, again not in typhoon damaged area - I filed March 19th of this year - still waiting on NOA2. I don't see any rhyme or reason to TSC's processing of Philippine I-129 fiancé visa processing.

Ok... then just WHICH victims of Yolanda were expedited by your thinking? Only those that were already current anyway? Then why bother with an expedite?

I truly do not agree.

It's fine. Check the visa bulletin since the typhoon happened. No significant movement and not much help to those who were stuck and waiting for visa numbers because their priority date wasn't current.

I think USCIS is expediting everyone from the Philippines currently. I know I read of others that are complaining because their petitions are sitting at USCIS, but then their country is not the Philippines. Ride the wave!!!

Ha Ha, I think I missed the wave... It looks to me like they have really slowed down the NOA2's for Philippines now. The avg. days from TSC has gone from 31 days to 35 days just in the last 2 weeks. I haven't seen many NOA2's for Philippines in the last 3 weeks.

Holy Moly!! It sure is looking like they are ignoring you for sure! Maybe they are shifting gears for the Philippines... no priority anymore.

... all the service centers are still running at 5 months for normal processing.
