haha harpa, as much as i have seen you giving advice on this forum, you have a right to call yourself that. if i'm not mistaken, you were one of the first ppl who gave me advice at the very beginning of my journey.

why file DCF when there is clearly a different option.. talking about complicating things.

Sweet mother of god, DCF is perhaps the LEAST complicated option here.

I appreciate your deference in this matter. :D

well arguing here is pointless. however, i still side with what harp suggested.

and to the op, saying that he don't care abt the immigration side of it, why didn't ur husband more to peru then?

so let me ask you this, OP.. did you get your answer? did you decide what you're gonna do?

since we are staying on topic.

if u actually pay Attention, u would notice that I already thank everyone in the first page of the post and decided what to do after a few answers and investigation I did myself.

No need for u to make the topic about u and what u think about what others should do, and argue with everyone for getting attention. This is not for what this forum is about. Thanks

Don't you use a relative's address when establishing domicile if you don't have one?

Is that fraud too?

lol you crack me up

Suggest you read up on "domicile" and what it is.

You don't crack me up because you are giving bad advice.

Actually, OP could not apply for citizenship on normal timeline. He would not pass the physical presence test until he had relocated back the US for a few years.

But, he is not concerned about that anyway.

Thread locked for review.

---

Twelve posts have been removed for making personal attacks, advocating fraud, and quoting said posts. Administrative action has been taken against 3 participants in this thread for violating this tenet in the VJ Terms of Service:

"Make comments in a Post either direct or implied toward another member that are purposely designed to upset, antagonize, make fun of, belittle, harass, insult, or otherwise instigate an argument that takes away from the personal enjoyment of the Service by other users."

One of the 3 participants also violated the TOS item about advocating fraud.

One of the 3 participants also inappropriately dragged an uninvolved member's name into the discussion.

Because the OP has received his answers, this thread will remain locked. Everyone is reminded about the VJ Terms of Service and the advisability of reviewing them.
