I noticed that while Americans are rooting against the USA with the most votes we only managed to get 5% of the vote.. So really what it means is we have no rivalry for any team more than any other team. Sad really... Russia is also at 5% so we at least got a little hate in there.

While I wouldn't trust anything Fox News says, I'd agree they are a decent side and good to watch. Won't get past the last 8 though.

I have to leave so I'm going to steal the thunder and tell the joke.. now that I re-read the post I may be thinking of a different joke because the person making the patties has to be a man.. but it also involves Donuts so I thought it was the same one.

A woman walks into a dirty old diner where a man wearing a white tank-top that looks like Mel from Mel's diner is cooking burgers on the grill. The woman says "I'd like to order a hamburger please." The man nods his head, grabs a chunk of hamburger and sticks it under his armpit and proceeds to flap his arm to shape it into a patty.

He looks up from his work to see the woman looking at him in disgust to which he says "You should see how I glaze the Donuts!"

I recall the 2002 World Cup match between them -- I was on my way to a law school exam, listening to the match on the radio. I was riding in on the DLR, and it went underground before Beckham scored the goal. I couldn't find out what the score was until after the exam. The proctor wouldn't even tell us! It was agony.
