Im happy i receive my visa just few hours ago., so happy and excited..

Thanks to all who advice and give a suggestion last time i post here.,

Buy the way one more question when i open the package in warning note i saw a paper that in my understanding in the note is i need to attend in counselling seminar.

i want to know if is inquire before im leaving?

Yes it is required that your take it. When you complete the seminar they will give you a certificate and a sticker that will be placed on your visa. If you don't do this then they will not let you board the plane. The cost is 400 pesos. Its best to register online so you don't have to fill it out by hand at the location. If you do the seminar in Manila then you can make a appointment online but in Cebu its first come first serve and they only have like 12 slots per day.

i want to say thanks to all ur suggestion and help with me last time i post here. last few hours ago i receive my visa., im so happy when i saw it in my own two eyes.

but in the warning note i saw one paper there that wrote is need to register to CFO, they needed?

How long from interview date approval to the time you have visa on hand? Was it delivered in your home address? Thanks..

04-17-13- Form I-797 received thru mail (official receipt)
11-18-13- transferred to Texas Service Center
12-12-13- NOA2 (at last!), no RFE smile.png

01-06-14- shipped to NVC

01-13-14- NVC received

02-12-14- Case number, IIN & Beneficiary ID available through phonecall

02-24-14- DS-261 available and completed

02-26-14- Received email from NVC to pay AOS bill

02-27-14- paid AOS bill, in process

03-03-14- AOS bill appear as paid

03-15-14- Received email from NVC to pay IV bill; Mailed AOS packet

03-18-14- NVC received AOS packet, under review

03-27-14- paid IV fee, in process

03-28-14- Mailed IV packet

Yes. CFO would be your last step! All Filipinos exiting the country with an immigrant visa (including K1s) are required to have the CFO sticker. Info detailed in Ilindsay's response and posted link. http://www.cfo.gov.ph/
