I have done my biometrics early and now it's been 28 days and still no word from uscis. No update nothing. Did my biometrics the 14th of may. Still no word. Is this anywhere near normal after the biometrics????

no its not too long. your next update should be for interview and/or parole and ead card approval and production which takes 60 to 90 days. what are you adjusting from? check this site it gives an idea of how long NYC AOS is taking

Yea but every one else gets an update for testing and review a week after there biometrics two weeks for some. For me it's been 28 days. I'm adjusting from b2

you did your bio early. probably 2 weeks after scheduled bio. who knows

Well the two weeks after bio should be Friday. Wat do u think i can do if I don't hear from them by Friday

give them a couple of weeks then call USCIS and hear what they say.

There are people that wait months and then get invitation to interview without any on-line status change. 28 days is very much within normal.

Trust me I know how frustrated you are. But there are a lot of people that have been waiting way longer than you and there is just nothing we can do but wait :( my biometrics have been done since April 3 and still no EAD update. U may even get your EAD update before I do.mits a sad case but that is just what it is. Keep the faith

I waited nine months for my K1 visa and another 8 months for my Green Card... Just sayin'. OP, you are well within the normal processing times.

Btw, I didn't get any updates at all for my AOS/EAD/AP since USCIS messed up and did not properly put my case into their online system (I was in "Case not found" status until my cases got approved).
