Form G-352A, Biographic Information was return back to me, due to filling out improperly.

This form ask for Applicant's Residence last 5 years, Applicant's residents, Applicant's employment. Can u tell me is this requires petitioners which is me, or information about my fiancés, which is in Ukraine

You need to complete two G-325a forms, one for you and one for your fiance in the Ukraine.

He has a G325A - he signs it with an ink pen(no photocopies or faxes allowed)

You have a G325A

you both need individual passport photos for these forms

Also, just in case; letter of intent, you need one from each of you.

I resubmitted form G-325A, I also included Affidavit of support form with it.

My fiance and I recommend sending it the fastest way possible. We sent some paperwork that took about a month and then the next time took like 2 weeks. So really random. This was from ups too.
