Hi guys, Thank you in advance for your help.

My father is a green card holder. He applied for me F2B Visa and my priority date is April 1,

2010. Now I am in the US with F1 Student Visa.

In 2012, my father got approved for the Advance Parole because my grandfather had a stroke in

China. During the last two years, my father stayed in China for 10 months and only stayed in US

for 2 months for each year to take care of my grandfather. I was wondering would that affects my

F2B process? Please advise. Thanks.

the cutoff date is 01MAY07

so you'll have to wait, regardless of your father's time-out-of USA.
