Barry, That is wonderful news ! Thank God for answering prayer, and may He continue to bless you both .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Thanks everyone for you help. Another thing I learned: wait until after the interview to buy your plane ticket......it's not necessarily any cheaper to buy it early and if you run into delays it will cost you some money like me.

That's great - but it begs the question - why didn't you provide it in the first place?

Cheers!

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

Because we thought 50 emails was enough. Apparently my fiancee didn't do so well at the interview and the consular wanted more proof. The consular told my fiancee she didn't think we knew each other long enough to be in love. (started talking Oct 6 2005 and filed March 30 2006) or maybe she didn't like that we met on the internet. My feeling is it was just another hoop to jump through because the consular had doubts, but then again I don't really know what the consular was thinking.
