Congratulations to you Brad! I think my girl's demeanor hurt the interview because she was nervous and didn't answer the questions convincingly. Also our red flag: didn't know each long enough to be in love per society standards or consul standards. (Oct 2 filed March 30)

Barry,

I am very sorry to hear of your situation! And I realy understand how your girl feels...

Spam them with the e-mails and send them all of your photographs. Looks like it is never "too much" of proof.

My girlfriend, who i am gonna marry in february doesn't have a laptop/desktop. I can't email her. She is in VT and I'm in NY and I'm an illegal alien. What am i supposed to do now?

Hi guys,

Our visa is still not approved from last week's interview. I have heard rumors from different people that if you bother the embassies too much, they can get pissed off and send the application back to the USA, only because they can. Since I am in this proccess and call them once in a while to find out the status, I am a bit scared to call them anymore. What are your thoughts?

Mike.

You have a right to information. If you aren't getting it, go to American Citizens services at the embassy. They can't send your application back to the US because they are pissed off - they need a valid, legal reason.

Kitkat, no offense, but don't be naive. They can always create a reason, or use the one that made your application stay at the embassy longer and being not approved. Their responsibility is to find out was my fiancee ever illigal in the USA. They can say they got no information from USCIS, so we send it back - there's a legit reason. One lawyer I know told me not to call them very often, so not to agrrivate them.

Your question asked if they can send your application back to the US if they are pissed off that you are bothering them too much. The answer to that is no.

If one lawyer told you not to call them so often and not to aggravate them and you believe him, stop calling. Personally, I would go to American Citizen's services and request that they do their job by assisting me.

listen! don't despair okay? everything's gonna be alright. find a competent lawyer. at least you had someone kind enough to marry and bring you to the dreamland whereas nobody will ever file anything for me ever. i just don't have anybody to ask for help. dont take your marriage to the USC for granted! nowadays they won't marry even in exchange of huge amount of money!
