Hello,

I intend to file the following with my I-134:

1. Letter from my employer

2. Letter from the bank listing my current balance and total deposits from my employer for 2006

3. Letter verifying my enrollment in a life insurance plan and its value

4. My last 3 statements from the bank

5. My last 3 pay stubs

6. Latest statement from my savings account

7. Latest statement from my brokerage account with the current market value of the stocks

8. My W-2 forms for 2004, 2005, and 2006

I have read the forums and guides which suggest that I get 3 original copies of my letter from my employer and bank statements, w-2's, etc.

In regards to "Section II - Supporting Evidence" of the I-134, where it says "The sponsor must submit in duplicate evidence of income and resources, as appropriate" I have three questions:

1. Do I file just a single notarized copy of the I-134 itself, and then I have to file two copies of each one of the 8 pieces of my supporting evidence?

2. I have 3 original letters from my employer, if I submit 2 of them with the I-134, what is the purpose of the 3rd one? Do I have to bring it to the interview? (I am going to the interview with my fiancée)

3. If I am submitting photocopies of various pieces of evidence, do I need to make sure to bring all originals to the interview?

Thank you for your time!
