$1070 is for I-485, I-765 and I-131 are waiver when you file together with I-485.

Sorry. He did not fill out his timeline so I did not know he came here under K-1 visa.

Indeed, if he came here under K-1 visa and marry within 90 days of his arrival, then he does not need I-130.

Op cannot have come on a K-1 visa because his wife is not yet a citizen.

OP needs to pay $420 for the I-130, and $1070 for the I-485.

Op is missing forms and a lot of evidence, too much to list. But OP is missing medical, I-864, tax returns, proof of current employment, birth certificates, passport photos, copy of visa, passport, ETC.

OP: Check out the VJ guide.

Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
