My fiancé is from England. My NOA1 is April 23. Unfortunately I'm stuck in Texas so I probably won't see him again until next year. I'm hoping he will be here for my birthday on dec 17th but with everything I'm reading about tsc, and how rude they're being to November & December filers, I'm losing hope.

I am the petitioner.

My fiance is in scotland and was wondering if there were others...our application is at the California processing center.

Have you tried the timeline search? http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/filterlist.php?cfl=

Pick the following:

Visa-K1

Country-All

Embassy - London

Local Office -All

Simple or Detailed? - Detailed

'Date I129F Sent to the Service Center' Date range (Leave both blank for all dates)

Start - 2014-03-01. End (leave blank)

Now scroll down and to the button "Find Entries"

There are about a dozen filers. Unfortunately, you aren't even listed because your Service center in your timeline is listed as Texas, so a search for those going through CSC would not pick you up. And your timeline estimates will be for TSC and progress will go to the TSC stats. Your timeline should say the center where your petition is right now.

Was it ever at Texas Service Center? Or did you put that because all K1s mail to the Texas Lockbox?

Lockbox does not equal Service Center

A "transfer" for the timeline would be if your NOA1 assigned you to a center like California (WACXXXXXXXXX) then later you got a new notice saying your WACXXXXXXXXXX file was going to Texas or Vermont or Nebraska.
