Hello:

I'm filing an I130 form for my brother who is 20 years old. I know I have to fill up a G325A for me and him. How does he have to sign the form if he is overseas?

Second does the processing time for I130 differ for siblings less then 21 years old or no?

The G325A is a PDF form. What you can do is fill it out online or save it to your computer and fill it. Save it by clicking the SAVE button on the top left of the form. Once it is filled out and saved on your computer you can Email the form to your brother and he can just print it out, Sign it and mail it back to you(NOT Email). He probably also needs to include passport photos it the letter. That's how i am going to be doing it.

You and your brother DO NOT need to fill out g325a.

Sibling petition, no matter what age and marital status, is the same. Waiting time only varies by country (area of chargeability).

For your brother, the wait is 13 YEARS (from i130 filing to visa issuance).
