So it has been 20 days without counting the weekends that i paid the 88 aos and filled out the ds-261 and it still doesnt appear for me to pay the 230 iv bill. Am i going to recieve an email or letter telling me to pay it? I think it has been a long wait already

Yes, you should get an email. It seems like it's running about 30 days from the date you submitted your ds261.

It is taking like 20-30 days my thoughts to you is DO NOT touch your DS 261 again, everytime you go into to it will change your date to the day you touched it. You will get an email when your IV is invoiced and then 3-4 hour later you will be able to pay. 2 days later your DS 260 will be ready to begin.

It is taking like 20-30 days my thoughts to you is DO NOT touch your DS 261 again, everytime you go into to it will change your date to the day you touched it. You will get an email when your IV is invoiced and then 3-4 hour later you will be able to pay. 2 days later your DS 260 will be ready to begin.

Osea wat u mean is that everytime i enter thr ceas.gov page it start all over ??

No, just if you click back into the place where it says ds261 completed. So don't do that. You can look at the fees section as often as you want. But you will probably get an email just before it's ready for you to pay the IV fee.
