Mothers visit visa refused

Hi I am a green card holder ,living in US,my wife and children are US born citizen.recently my mother (65 yrs) applied for visa but but was refused as consular said that he is not satisfied ,now my question is this that is this due to the fact that I did not send her proper attested supporting documents like copy of my wife and children or my green card copy also should isend proper affidavit of support or sponser ,if yes than how can I get that and how early can my apply for my mothers visit visa again(also keep in mind that she was always use to visit me during my stay in London for nine years and she always came to see me and went back in Mac 6weeks ,do please confirm what can I do ,thanks

You shouldn't need documentation about yourself or support; you're not trying to get her an immigration visa. The CO was probably not convinced that your mother has sufficient ties to home. What she needs to prove is that she will definitely return home. Home ownership/lease, a job if she's not retired, other family that lives nearby, that sort of thing.

She can apply as many times as she wants and there's no time limit as to when she can apply again

this happened in our family too...reason? too many kids in the US who were USC or LPR.....i.e read: too many ties to the US. That's what you have to overcome. Our mother had a lot of ties to home but it made no difference....they still denied.

you can apply again in 6 months...but from experience, once a visitor's visa is denied for the reason stated above, its a very difficult hurdle to overcome.

(We solved it by applying for a GC for our mother, so she could come and go as she pleases; keep in mind, you have to spend an aggregate of 6 months in the US to keep GC valid).

but I myself is LPR and my wife and children are USC ,can we a apply for her green card ? Thanks
