Good day :) i tried to sign in today at CEAC website for my Mom's application but the website says the case is in the process of termination??

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

Do i need to call the NVC?

If you're waiting for either the AOS or the IV bill to be available, no need to worry, it means either of the two is being invoiced. I got the same message when I tried to log in after I got my case number.
