Hubby called USCIS today and was told the petition is approved already.The lady told him he will receive a notification by snail mail.We filed it exactly two weeks ago and were amazed at how quick it is.One down,medical and interview to go.:)

August 28,2014 ELIS went from ACCEPTED TO OPTIMIZED IN PROCESS (INITIAL REVIEW)

September 2 Called local ssa and was told SSC was mailed/Elis says Green CARD production has begun

September 4,2014-received ssc

September 8,2014- green card mailed/closed on elis

September 9,2014- green card received yahooo!!

Oh yeah forgot about that,I am already done with the seminar (for my passport renewal).Had to go there twice because they needed the nso copy of the marriage certificate.Other than the cost of going back and forth from the visayas,it went smoothly and they didnt ask too many questions.So after I get the visa,I'll just go back there with the additional docus and get it stamped(right?now im a bit confused lol)

Im sorry what is NOA2?lol I have no idea to be honest.Hubby called and was told to wait for the notice thru mail.So I guess that's when they will give us instructions on how to proceed right?Thanks for the help!:)

Congrats sis,DCF here, we just filed our i130 yesterday and hoping that they will approve it soon. NOA1 and NOA2 is your next step, NOA means Notice of action. When did your husband filed the DCF and where are u from?

Hi sis Im from Bacolod.Filed the dcf on may 27th and it was approved June 4 :).Got packet 3 June 13th and today Im gonna email them that I completed the ds 260 already :).It is pretty fast.

Hi there. Can I know your story? You can message it to me or just post it here so others can also look at it for reference. Did you guys got married here in the Philippines? How long did He stayed here? Did you and your husband filed at the Us Embassy in Manila together? Please. I just got denied from I-129f and where looking for other ways. We're planning to get married here and file at the us embassy but don't really know anything about DCF filing. Hope you can help me.
