Help i just want to know if i need to do all the medical exam ..my k-1 visa expired last july31,2013 and i got married last june 2013.were filling out the form now for adjustment of status

When was your medical taken? Add one year to that and you will find the expiration date.

I guess by "expired last July" you mean the 90 days expired, which makes me think your entrance to the US was in late April, which makes me think your interview and medical were-obviously - before that. Therefore, I think you need a new medical, as the old one expired.

Like Fan_Dancer, I can only guess as well on your timeline dates as it is not updated.

A K-1 visa is null and void after POE. If you are referring to the expiration date specified on your visa, that date is tied up with the medical date. Unless you have other medical restrictions, your visa validity is +6 months from the date of your medical. Meaning, you took your medical at SLEC on January 31, 2013 (Correct me if I'm wrong). So to answer your question, yes, you NEED to take another full medical exam with a uscis-listed civil surgeon.
