i have submitted IV fees today......should i send IV package now or after i submit DS-260??? DS-260 is not available online yet..... and my IV fees status is coming like as below........

The DS260 has nothing to do with your IV forms. You can wait if you like, but most people send it out as soon as the IV fees show "PAID".
