where are you calling from? if your calling from the philippines use this (02)3012000 we just called the embassy a moment ago, extension line is 5184

Even though this outside number is an international call and wil cost you money, I find it is much easier to get through on than the US numbers the embassy posts.

If you need to call more than once, you can get a calling card and the call wil be cheaper than paying the rates of your US phone company. Use something like www.alosmart.com. Very reasonable rates. Pay $10 for one calling card and get hours of time.
