She just turn 19... Yes just to visit only as a tourist visa.... She only visiting to help me on my delivery and while my other baby is just 18 month old by the time I have the other baby.

Almost impossible for a 19 yr old to obtain a B 2. Indicating reason is helping with a baby will ensure denial.

She applies but must understand how to prove beyond doubt she must return. It has nothing to do with overstaying a visa she does have. This is always about her absolute requirement to return to her country. If there is a hint of doubt she will have spent 160 bucks to learn what you have read her from multiple members.

Well, thank you guys for all your reply... I really appreciate it..

But aside from that of course it include there the sight seeing.... How about if she just going to tell the CO that we invite her to visit us and we will be the one who is responsible of everything....

Or do you have any idea or reason or alibi for her to come???

Why do you need us to supply you with an idea, reason, or alibi for her to come to the US? We don't know her and why she is coming.

You are missing the point. Why she is visiting the US is not important. Her ties to home and why she would return is what is important.

She should show that she has funds to cover whatever tourist activities she wishes to do.

US is not a cheap place to visit.

Thank you for your reply... The thing is we will the one who will pay with everything... That's why we only want her to have a tourist visa.. Plus she has to go to school in the Philippines next year...

However, you have already tipped your hand....your really want her to 'visit' so she can babysit....which is NOT allowed on a B2 visa...her supposedly having to go to school in the PI is meaningless as far as a strong motivator for her to return...if she fails to return to school, will the Filipino government send someone to haul her back to the PI? (no). Countless thousands of Filipinos have 'forgotten' to return...and a single, 19 year old Filipina is about a 1% favorite to return...instead, most go husband shopping five minutes after picking up their luggage.

Babysitting is work...work is not allowed on a B2 visa...it does not matter if you claim you won't pay her...after all, you claim you will provide room and board...and that is enough to meet the bar for working. New 'alibis' are just that...an attempt to avoid telling the truth. Now, if you doubt what I say, just have to tell the CO she wants to come to the US to provide child care....see how long the interview lasts...if you prefer that she lie, well, what does that say about your character and patriotism, as well as her character?

Your last sentence and thought is exactly why it almost impossible to obtain this B 2 visa. The reason you want her to come is probably the exact reason she wouldn't leave.

What is she going to tell the C O ? The truth will serve her best.

People enroll in U S schools every day so that's hardly a good reason she would have to return to the P I for example.
