On May 20 the post office returned the letter sent on this case as it was undelivered. I have had no problems receiving mail before. Has anyone experienced this. My 485 has also moved into initial review making me think it's an rfe. If I have failed to respond to this rfe I can be denied is what I understand. So potentially the post office has ruined my life. They have failed to deliver my wife's driving license and bank card since her name change and now this. I have already rung them to ask them to fix the issue. This is devastating

Let's back the drama truck up a little bit.

I worried about people taking mail from my mailbox at home, so I have a Post Office Box. I don't have issues with mail being "returned" from it. If you have an issue with the Post Office, visit your local post office and talk to the Postmaster. See if something's wrong with your mail delivery.

As for whatever form you didn't get: Call USCIS and ask them to send you another copy of whatever form they sent you that was "returned". Double-check the address. If you don't want to wait (or you're too worked up over it), get an INFOPASS appointment and go to your local USCIS office to find out what's going on.

Don't be "devastated". Calm down. You've already gone through so much...you're at the AOS stage, so you're almost done with USCIS. Keep going and get it done.

Regards,

Bill
