Soooooooooooo we spoke with Tier2, after they put my fiancee on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes, and after a woman called us back and asked about our problem, she told her we hit the 5 months deadline. And shes answer was this :" Our goal is 6 months, not 5, even on every site its 5 months." ... " We currently work at december fillers" ; And then my fiancee ask if she can make a service request and the woman said , yes we can make one, from today in 1 month, so we need to wait another month to can make the service request, and the another month to have an answer for the request, and will be 7 months... SOOOOOOOOOOO :ranting: :ranting: :ranting: :ranting: TEXAS !!!!!!!

Wow, that's rude. You'd think with how annoyed they are with the phone calls they'd start making them work faster so people stop pestering them. They're being awful. I only filed in April. It looks like I won't even get to spend Christmas with him if this is how horrible tsc is being :(

I am the petitioner.
