Hi there,

I sent my N-400 last week and had to add an extra sheet of paper after page 4 (for the places where you lived in the past 5 years) with one more address. I put the A number on the top right corner, but didn't sign it. I was checking some things on the USCIS website and found some instructions that said that I needed to write the application part and number and sign it (http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tips-filing-form-n-400-application-naturalization-rev-91313). This is the first time I read that and it wasn't in any other instructions I had seen. Now I'm worried that they will reject my application because of that. Has anyone here had to add an extra piece of paper with extra information? Was it signed or not? Did it create an issue?

Thanks in advance
