Actually yes, rosejosh ( I believe) have gotten an RFE, which is movements in their case and I know 1 person has gotten their NOA2 from march TSC, You can't really out an estimate on it, just b3 willing to wait more aroind 6 months ish. From your noa1 datw

I am assuming your update on the 31st was the Alien number change? I would not expect to see anything change for another 2-3 months unfortunately.

I have one of the earliest NOA1 dates amongst the March filers and from what I've seen almost no one has had any update. My case hasn't even been touched since the alien # change.

February 15th - sent package to Dallas. Took a long time to get to Dallas because of weather conditions and delays.

March 3rd - NOA1.

March 5th - Received alien registration number.

August 21st- NOA2.
September 8th - NVC received package and assigned case #
September 11th - Embassy received package.
September 16th - Received Packet 3.
September 17th - Sent packet 3 back.
September 23rd - Received packet 4.
October 14th - Medical.
October 21st - Interview. - Interview approved, visa granted!

November 1st - Moving to the U.S.

You should prepare yourself for waiting a minimum of 6 months to be honest, if you set your mind with that you won't have any disappointments.

March 24th NOA1 - just for grins and giggles I submitted an inquiry via the 1-800 phone number - received an email that my case was awaiting security/background check before they could proceed....probably just a standard response to the 1st inquiry.

Plenty of March petitioners with beneficiary in Philippines have gotten NOA2... just not me and a couple of others, so I am just sitting back and preparing myself for 2 or 3 more months wait.
