I read a lot of threads on here and, sometimes, I click on people's timelines just to see where they are in their journey, to try and make a bit more sense of their question etc.

I really need to stop doing this.

9 times out of 10 it turns out to be a CSC filer. I've just clicked on one and it says "your I129f was approved in 23 days. 23 DAYS? Are you kidding me?!

Yep, I normally avoid the CSCers if I can. The 23 days just made me laugh though!

It does no good to look at other people's timelines. It used to drive me mad when we were,going through the K1 process in 2012. It took us 9 months to get our NOA2 and we were at CSC. I just stopped looking.

I had never looked at other people's timelines back when my then-fiancé ( my now husband) filed for I-129F. Most of times, I read people's experience, studied the whole process step by step, and shared my experience. I started compare timelines of beneficiaries from my country after my file went to NVC just to see an estimate time when the embassy will received it and I need prepared all papers for K-1 visa application.
