I have finally been able to inscribe our Timeline, and at the bottom VJ indicates that if the 7th of Dec is passed by more than 10 days, to consider call the USCIS...also it says or per USCIS processing times...which is on their site 12th of march...

Questions

1. on which basis VJ calculates 7 déc...considering USCIS timeline...there is such a contrast in the respective timelines...

2. I have tried to know what's going on in VT...stating their 12 of march timeline that is there for months...in avail...so, i try again...in the other thread we discoverd 3 of us have been touched the same day...i don't know if it's a pattern, as i think VJ seems inclined to understand...so...if anyone, again, has any theories...they'll be appreciated...

3. finally...what to say to USCIS other than: any news about our petition?..and should we email them or call them...i believe they have given us the 1-800 number...

Thanks!

We calculate times based on other members filing and approval dates for the same benefit at the same service center that filed just previously to you (giving us a number that when averaged over many people and some other manipulation represents an estimate of when you can expect to be approved). If the USCIS official page shows that you are past due (your case appears to be per their definition) than the USCIS page has instructions that you should follow.

Good luck!

Thank you Capt. I realized later that my initial post was incorrect, ingnoring all the details you explained. Actually, i don't know anymore what's "past due" other than feeling past out, parked on here..or there who knows...lol...Ok seriously...gathering info here and there, i believe we are past due after 180 days...or 30 days after vermont timeline of current 12 of march..which woud be mid april approx. no info either on the NOA1 about the exact time when we should consider ourselves "passed out"...( lol sorry i just can not help it)...So on that receipt they only give 2 phone numbers...which we are going to use...or abuse lol depending...Also we are waiting news from the Congressman...So bassically...still don't know what passed due means in terms of time...

Thanks again for your concern, it's greatly appreciated!!!!
