Yep. Clinton wouldn't have given Rich his pardon until the last minute of his presidency. Clinton was more sly than Obama is. I think it is a matter of how one defines smart. Clinton is morally bankrupt , yet rolling in billions because the economy wasn't in such bad shape when he left.

Those aren't just words, it's a fundamental concept of the justice system - people are found guilty or innocent after a process of law. They are not judged in absentia by speculation in the media OR unsubstantiated anecdotes.

There's the truth of what happened and the truth you might want to believe. They are not the same thing. Which is why you wouldn't be selected as part of a jury (and yes I know military law is handled differently), since you are clearly biased.
