They age out at 21 yrs , that's when they get to drink etc

it might not be fair in some case but its a whole lot of ppl

been waiting online outside and its not fair to them either,

I say if the wait has been since 13 put them back in line for

the 8 yrs, not totally back behind everyone

If we rephrase it maybe it will be easier to swallow.. We don't say "men to the back" we say "women and children to the front" We don't say "over 21 to the back" we say "Yong children to the front, lets make it a priority to reunite these young families!"

Ahh, that makes it sound so sweet :energy:

I don't believe it.. Prove it to me and I still won't believe it. -Ford Prefect

You're not alone and you won't be the last.

My husband aged-out of his dad's F3 petition as well (Oct 2000). He was petitioned under F2B (Mar 2001). He immigrated in the US with our 3 kids (Dec 2011), came back to the Philippines to marry me (March 2012) and filed F2A (May 2012).

We were re-united here in the US last Dec 2013.

Don't lose hope. Your visa will come in due time.
