Aos and IV not yet scanned

NVC receive our aos and IV last may 30 but until now it's not yet scanned in their system. I'm worried cause I saw in other peoples timeline that when nvc receive receive their package the next day it's already scanned in nvc system. My question is when they are going to base this 30 days waiting for case complete? Is it the moment when they receive it or scanned? Pls help and thanks in advance.

sorry - there's a queue at each phase.

I tracked queues for almost 18 months with NVC and stopped doing it 2 years ago - but one thing I learned about tracking queues -

Things slow down when the back-room process is changed. If you think something in one of the queues has slowed down - I'll point to some back-room process change.

It's not gotten any faster - these implementations of changes.....
