On that basis I could send several crates to USCIS as evidence because it "wouldn't be too much". As discussed in this thread, there is a limit to how much you should send, and that limit is governed by common sense.

My idea of a I-751 form would be a first question, are you still married? Yes or no?

If yes, sign the form and remit it with your check.

If no, did you marry in good faith? Yes or No?

If yes, was it because your spouse was abusing you, just didn't work out, or would it be a hardship to return? If any of these, just submit your check and expect your green card.

If no, pack up and go home.

If answered yes to the preceding questions and have kids, include their names and alien numbers, and add 85 bucks for each kid.

In 1985, under Reagan, congress passed an immigration law limiting immigration to a lottery of 50,000. Only way around this was by marriage that resulted in a lot of fraud. In 1986, really tightened up on checking during the AOS stage, but for them wasn't enough, so in 1988 introduced the I-751, but when you read this form, loaded with loopholes. Is an average of about 150,000 I-751 applications per year. With long delays and additional hardships to validly married couples.

Just the very act of legally applying for immigration, red flags all of us, they know who we are and where we live. Somehow, over 11 million people came here illegally without even being touched. Today, over 5,000 court cases from people that did apply legally and were found of committing fraud. So is this I-751 really working?

Just a question.

Me an spouse have ~600 pages worth of I-751 marriage evidence (unexpectedly) and are wandering how to package and mail it over with our I-751 application. We decided not to get affidavits from friends, and bulk up on the rest. Hopefully what we have is not too much evidence. However we don't want to get dinged for sending too little (without affidavits from friends) .

  • Birth Certificate (Baby)
  • Joint Will Docs (notarized)
  • Joint Tax Return Transcripts
  • Debit Card History
  • Primerica Legal Protection Program cards (joint membership)
  • Sam's Club cards (joint membership)

  • Joint Checking/Savings Acct Statements (~240 pages)

  • Joint Investment statements (~30 pages)
  • Completed Homestead Exemption Application
  • Joint Homeowners Insurance Declaration Documents
  • Joint Property Tax Statements
  • Mortgage Escrow Account History Statements (Shows Property Tax and Homeowners Insurance payments)
  • Life Insurance Policy Declarations

  • Joint Auto Insurance Policy Cards

  • DMV Reg Docs
  • Joint Dental Insurance Statements (EOBs) (~30 pages)

  • Child-Birth Class Registration and Certificate, Hospital Visit Badges, and Childbirth Tags
  • Reservations, Tickets, Receipts, and Photos from various Family Trips and Events

  • Proofs and Receipts of Family Photo Sessions (~20 pages)

Any ideas? Thank you for help.

Well, thanks again for the constructive feedback. We were able to reduce our evidence from ~600 pages to 260 pages.

  • 80 pages of bank statements (from 240 pages) for selected months over 21 month span since AOS
