Yes, of course. I was the one who prepared what we need to send for I-129F, my then-fiancé ( my now husband) only followed what I wanted on the list. Good luck for your journey.

Yes, definitely! Don't forget to send as well a signed G-325a and Letter of Intent to marry (as the beneficiary). Are you also planning to fill-out the rest of the other form requirements for your fiance? Probably best to make a special note or post-it marks on where he needs to sign. Missing a signature is a common cause for RFE, so just be a little careful about that. All the best!

Either one can prepare the documents. Does not matter. Just make sure what needs to be signed gets signed by whoever has to sign it.

Things like emails, chat logs, photos, do not need anyone to sign.

For photos, put the date the photo was taken and the city and country it was taken in on the photo. You can write it in felt marker on the back. I imported my photos into Word and typed that info at the bottom of the photo. Looked a little more professional that way.

Being your timeline is blank I have to ask - where are you in this process, just starting the I-129F petition?

It is fine if you complete the forms and forward them to your fiance. But if you are just starting the I-129F petition process the evidence you need is of having met in person within the past 2 years - passport stamps, boarding passes from the airlines, pictures of the two of you together. (not chat logs or screenshots... that is for later at the embassy)
