I can't believe the USCIS website is still down.

The website is actually working for me. Is it giving you an error message or something?

12/08/2014 TSC approved I-130.

12/12/2014 TSC shipped case to NVC.

12/19/2014 NVC received.

01/26/2015 Case # assigned and completed DS-261.

01/30/2015 Received AOS invoice and paid.

02/02/2015 Mailed AOS + IV packets

02/10/2015 Scan date for AOS + IV packets

03/23/2015 Received a checklist for AOS

03/27/2015 Mailed checklist response

03/30/2015 Checklist scan date

04/22/2015 Case completed at NVC

Yes it is giving me an error message. I called them and they said it was down. I don't know why it works for some and not for others

Maybe it has to do with the service center. I see you are in Texas and I am in Nebraska. Anyone else having problems looking up their case status?

It has nothing to do with the service center. I'm at Nebraska. Never had a problem logging in and that's even during their website upgrade (only slower than usual to load the info).

Hang in there... It seems so difficult right now because you are so close to the finish line. I can't wait to read in a month that you got your NOA2. Tell me when you do as I am RIGHT behind you (pd 7/8).

FYI: The e-file won't let you submit an inquiry unless it's been 6 months.

yeah!!! Texas service center timeline is on point, i filed my I-130 on June 20th 2014 and they said the wait time would be 5 months, after reading comments online i thought the process would be stalled but when i checked the status today the I-130 was approved as of november 21 2014 one day after the time they had allotted, praise Christ for this victory now on to the NVC!!!!
