Dear friends,

As of 10:30 am, September 4, 2014 ( Indian standard time), my immigrant visa has been issued :-) :-):-), checked it on ceac with my very own eyes, not once, not twice but at least five times :-)

(PD August 16, 2012)

Finally, I will able to hold my husband and my cat after so long!

I sincerely pray for all of you who are waiting what seems like forever to be reunited with your loved ones. May this October VB bring you steps closer to your goal and may God bless us all.

HI ALL!!

Just like everyone else, I am also anxiously waiting on the new Visa Bulletin. Our priority date is September 2013 and case complete is May 2014.

Got a random question, should we have gotten an actual letter from NVC to say case is complete? Because we had to call as we did not get one, and then we called them and they emailed one to us.

No physical letter will b sent to you. Only email confirmation is there.

Completely depend upon you fear. If you want to go with this date only then, last week of Sep or first week of Oct. If ypu want to reschedule ur interview date for earlier date then complete medical in next 3- 4 days only. Good luck. Medical's validity is of 6 months.

please since my interview is on October,21st. what time or date is advisable to have my medicals??????

Can someone tell me how the mail from NVC look like for interview appointment ? Like subject etc. I have got confirmation on interview appointment over phone with NVC on Aug 29th Friday (PD:10JAN2013, IL:17OCT2014, Mumbai,INDIA). However I haven't received the appointment mail from NVC yet ? Could be any issue ?
