How to renew worker permit & green card?

My husband arrived into the USA over a year ago on a K-1 visa. We applied for his work permit and green card and both were approved with any interviews. In August, his work permit expires and in November his green card expires... How do we go about renewing his work permit and his green card?

The GC serves also as a work permit, so you do not need to renew the work permit. As for the GC renewal, check the I-751 instructions (Removal of Conditions). You will have to submit the ROC papers within the 90-day-period prior to the GC expiration date.

Edit: Wait... In your signature it says that your GC was only approved last year. All conditional GC are normally valid for two years, so it should not expire until 2015. You should check the expiration date that is printed on the GC.

His green card does expire Nov 2015... Lol I guess we just didn't notice the year I always assumed it expired a few months after his working papers expired. Thank you so much for your reply.
